DIRECTIONS:PEEL STRIP:Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film.APPLY & WAIT:Looking in a mirror, fit strips, applying sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with edge of gum and apply gentle pressure to mold and strip securely to the teeth.SMILE BRIGHT:Product is designed to be used for 60 minutes. Leave in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal.
